I read with enthusiasm your article on how gardening improves your health! I live in a small community along the Yellowstone River, Forsyth, MT. We have a very active Garden Club! A couple times a month we have an article in the paper about gardening, The Green Thumb. I grew up gardening with my Granny. She gardened until 80. For the second year we will be involved with the Community Health Fair. Last year we presented information on the benefits of sprouting and eating sprouts. we had a dermo and also gave out sprouting seed packets. This year we are presenting information on the Amazing Spider Plant! We will be collecting baby spider plants from our local nursing home’s sun room and will give away baby spider plants. Thank you for sharing your information! I just thought you might enjoy knowing about what our little group is doing.
