Tips From Our Gardeners
"To promote successful microgreen growth, ensure they receive adequate light and consistent moisture. Keep them near a sunny window or under a grow light for sufficient light exposure. Water from the bottom to prevent mold and overwatering, and mist the top gently to maintain humidity. Start with a thin layer of seeds to avoid overcrowding, which can lead to poor growth. As they grow, monitor their moisture levels and avoid letting them dry out. Harvest when the first true leaves appear for the best flavor and nutrition."
